Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, La Grange had an population of 441 people. This is a decrease of 1.56% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 32.83% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, La Grange had a population of 448 people. This makes La Grange the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of La Grange represents 0.08% of the population of Wyoming (which has 563,626 people), making it the state's 62nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 448 people, the population of La Grange increased 34.94% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 332 people).
