Lincoln County was founded in 1911 and was created by taking area from Uinta County. From the Census Estimates for 2019, <1> Lincoln had a population of 19,934 people. This is an increase of 10.1% since the last Census (which gave a population of 18,106 people in 2010). At the time of the 2010 Census, Lincoln represented 3.21% of the total population of Wyoming.
