Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Neenah had an population of 26,261 people. This is an increase of 2.98% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 7.16% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Neenah had a population of 25,501 people (or 15.27% of the total population of Winnebago County). This makes Neenah the county's 2nd most populous community.

The population of Neenah represents 0.45% of the population of Wisconsin (which has 5,686,986 people), making it the state's 30th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 25,501 people, the population of Neenah increased 4.06% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 24,507 people).

We originally found mention of Neenah in both the FIPS-55 and the GNIS. For more information, see the FIPS and GNIS Codes sections on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Neenah was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Neenah post office opened in 1844.

We also found Neenah in the book titled U.S. Post Offices (Oct. 1846).
