At the time of the 2010 Census, Saint Paul had a population of 970 people. This makes Saint Paul the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of Saint Paul represents 0.01% of the population of Virginia (which has 8,001,024 people), making it the state's 142nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 970 people, the population of Saint Paul decreased 3% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 1,000 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Saint Paul was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

From that list, the Saint Paul post office opened in 1891.

We also found Saint Paul in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
