Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Quantico had an population of 555 people. This is an increase of 15.63% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 1.07% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Quantico had a population of 480 people. This makes Quantico the county's 3rd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 480 people, the population of Quantico decreased 14.44% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 561 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Quantico was in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).

We also found Quantico in the book titled .<7> From that list, the Quantico post office opened in 1910.
