Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Provo had an population of 116,722 people. This is an increase of 3.76% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 10.99% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Provo had a population of 112,488 people (or 21.78% of the total population of Utah County). This makes Provo the county's most populous community.

The population of Provo represents 4.07% of the population of Utah (which has 2,763,885 people), making it the state's 3rd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 112,488 people, the population of Provo increased 6.96% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 105,166 people).
