With a 2010 count of 395 people, the population of San Patricio increased 24.21% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 318 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for San Patricio was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the San Patricio post office opened in 1835.

We also found San Patricio in the book titled Table of U.S. Post Offices in the United States (Jan. 1851).
