From the Census Estimates for 2019, Heath has a population of 9,345 people<3> (see below for details). The community of Heath is 520 feet [158 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: Heath lies in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Heath had an population of 9,345 people. This is an increase of 35.02% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 125.23% since the 2000 Census). At the time of the 2010 Census, Heath had a population of 6,921 people (which is 6.7% of the total population of Kaufman County). This makes Heath the county's 3rd most populous community. The population of Heath represents 0.03% of the total population of Texas (which has 25,145,561 people), making it the state's 268th most populous community.
