Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Grapevine had an population of 55,215 people. This is an increase of 19.17% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 31.28% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Grapevine had a population of 46,334 people. This makes Grapevine the county's 7th most populous community.

The population of Grapevine represents 0.18% of the total population of Texas (which has 25,145,561 people), making it the state's 65th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 46,334 people, the population of Grapevine increased 10.16% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 42,059 people).
