At the time of the 2010 Census, Warner had a population of 457 people. This makes Warner the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of Warner represents 0.06% of the total population of South Dakota (which has 814,180 people), making it the state's 165th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 457 people, the population of Warner increased 9.07% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 419 people).
