Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Ward had an population of 52 people. This is an increase of 8.33% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 26.83% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Ward had a population of 48 people. This makes Ward the county's 5th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 48 people, the population of Ward increased 17.07% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 41 people).
