At the time of the 2010 Census, Saint Lawrence had a population of 198 people (or 5.77% of the total population of Hand County). This makes Saint Lawrence the county's 2nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 198 people, the population of Saint Lawrence decreased 5.71% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 210 people).
