At the time of the 2010 Census, Iroquois had a population of 266 people (or 5.17% of the total population of Kingsbury County). This makes Iroquois the county's 4th most populous community. The population of Iroquois represents 0.03% of the population of South Dakota (which has 814,180 people), making it the state's 217th most populous community.
