Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Hillsboro had an population of 108,743 people. This is an increase of 18.7% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 54.94% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Hillsboro had a population of 91,611 people (or 17.29% of the total population of Washington County). This makes Hillsboro the county's most populous community.

The population of Hillsboro represents 2.39% of the total population of Oregon (which has 3,831,074 people), making it the state's 5th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 91,611 people, the population of Hillsboro increased 30.53% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 70,186 people).
