Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Liberty had an population of 217 people. This is a decrease of 1.36% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 17.93% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Liberty had a population of 220 people. This makes Liberty the county's 6th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 220 people, the population of Liberty increased 19.57% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 184 people).
