At the time of the 2010 Census, Oregon had a population of 20,291 people. This makes Oregon the county's 2nd most populous community.

The population of Oregon represents 0.18% of the population of Ohio (which has 11,536,504 people), making it the state's 82nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 20,291 people, the population of Oregon increased 4.84% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 19,355 people).
