At the time of the 2010 Census, Macedonia had a population of 11,188 people. This makes Macedonia the county's 11th most populous community.

The population of Macedonia represents 0.1% of the total population of Ohio (which has 11,536,504 people), making it the state's 159th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 11,188 people, the population of Macedonia increased 21.29% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 9,224 people).
