At the time of the 2010 Census, Heath had a population of 10,310 people (or 6.19% of the total population of Licking County). This makes Heath the county's 4th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 10,310 people, the population of Heath increased 20.91% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 8,527 people).
