At the time of the 2010 Census, Grants had a population of 9,182 people (which is 33.74% of the total population of Cibola County). This makes Grants the county's most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 9,182 people, the population of Grants increased 4.27% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 8,806 people).
