Time Zone: Guadalupe County lies in the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) and observes daylight saving time.

The community of Santa Rosa is the Seat for Guadalupe County.

Guadalupe County was founded in 1891 and was created by taking area from  County.

From the Census Estimates for 2019, <1> Guadalupe had a population of 4,278 people. This is a decrease of 8.73% since the last Census (which gave a population of 4,687 people in 2010).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Guadalupe represented 0.23% of the total population of New Mexico.
