Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Londonderry had an population of 26,464 people. This is an increase of 9.68% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 13.89% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Londonderry had a population of 24,129 people (or 8.17% of the total population of Rockingham County). This makes Londonderry the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of Londonderry represents 1.83% of the population of New Hampshire (which has 1,316,470 people), making it the state's 10th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 24,129 people, the population of Londonderry increased 3.84% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 23,236 people).
