The other communities are located in the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) and they observe daylight saving time. The community of Manning is the Seat for Dunn County. Dunn County was founded in 1883. From the Census Estimates for 2019, <1> Dunn had a population of 4,412 people. This is an increase of 24.77% since the last Census (which gave a population of 3,536 people in 2010).
