Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Beach had an population of 1,045 people. This is an increase of 2.55% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 6.36% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Beach had a population of 1,019 people (which is 60.65% of the total population of Golden Valley County). This makes Beach the county's most populous community.

The population of Beach represents 0.15% of the total population of North Dakota (which has 672,591 people), making it the state's 61st most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 1,019 people, the population of Beach decreased 8.69% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 1,116 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Beach was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

From that list, the Beach post office opened in 1902.
