Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Teachey had an population of 431 people. This is an increase of 14.63% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 75.92% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Teachey had a population of 376 people. This makes Teachey the county's 10th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 376 people, the population of Teachey increased 53.47% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 245 people).
