Yalobusha County was founded in 1833. Yalobusha was created by taking area from Monroe, Washington and Yazoo Counties. From the Census Estimates for 2019, <1> Yalobusha had a population of 12,104 people. This is a decrease of 4.53% since the last Census (which gave a population of 12,678 people in 2010).
