At the time of the 2010 Census, Four Seasons had a population of 2,217 people (which is 5.04% of the total population of Camden County). This makes Four Seasons the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of Four Seasons represents 0.04% of the total population of Missouri (which has 5,988,927 people), making it the state's 224th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 2,217 people, the population of Four Seasons increased 48.49% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 1,493 people).
