Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Queen City had an population of 620 people. This is an increase of 3.68% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 2.82% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Queen City had a population of 598 people (which is 13.5% of the total population of Schuyler County). This makes Queen City the county's 2nd most populous community.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Queen City was in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).

We also found Queen City on a map (with an unknown title) dated 1904.
