Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Parks had an population of 702 people. This is an increase of 7.5% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 31.71% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Parks had a population of 653 people. This makes Parks the parish's 4th most populous community.

The population of Parks represents 0.01% of the population of Louisiana (which has 4,533,372 people), making it the state's 210th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 653 people, the population of Parks increased 22.51% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 533 people).
