Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, State Line had an population of 49 people. This is an increase of 28.95% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 75% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, State Line had a population of 38 people. This makes State Line the county's 14th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 38 people, the population of State Line increased 35.71% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 28 people).
