At the time of the 2010 Census, Paris had a population of 513 people (which is 8.57% of the total population of Bear Lake County). This makes Paris the county's 2nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 513 people, the population of Paris decreased 10.94% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 576 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Paris was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<9>

From that list, the Paris post office opened in 1867.
