From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Buhl was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<9>

From that list, the Buhl post office opened in 1906.

We also found Buhl mentioned on a train schedule titled Union Pacific Railroad Time Tables (September 1924).
