Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Tollette had an population of 248 people. This is an increase of 3.33% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 23.46% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Tollette had a population of 240 people. This makes Tollette the county's 4th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 240 people, the population of Tollette decreased 25.93% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 324 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Tollette was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Tollette post office opened in 1891.

We also found Tollette in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
